It’s download day Fresh on the heels of Azure SQL Managed Instances, 2016 SP1 CU8, and 2014 SP2 CU11 comes the release of SSMS 17.6, which brings “near 100% compatibility” for MIs.
I’ll have to futz around the config files to re-enable dark theme after upgrading from 17.5, won’t I.
SSMS 17.6 finally fixes all the issues with the AG latency report when you have a case-sensitive collation.
PS SQL 2017 CU5 now out too.
Has the ability to double click on a job schedule and get into editing the schedule now disappeared with this version? Just tried against a 2016 instance and a 2012 instance and I can click edit but not by double clicking on the schedule.
Not a showstopper but really???
